For organisations

An employer can fund seats. Staff opt in themselves, and these are commitments rather than settings:

• Participation is never mandated, and no configuration exists that would allow it.
• No individual-level reporting to the employer. Not attendance, not hours, not outcomes.
• Colleagues are never seated in the same Circle.
• The employer learns how many people joined, never who.
• No mood data, scores or health information is collected or reported.

Reporting to the employer is a single figure: seats taken up. Nothing about a named person leaves the product.
